McCar Homes Opens the Resident’s Club at Rosemont

McCar Homes announces the grand opening of the Resident’s Club at Rosemont, located in Indian Land, just south of the Ballantyne area off of Route 160 and Route 521. The Resident’s Club will serve as a gathering place for families at Rosemont, and will be the location for a host of activities. Rosemont, part of a mixed-use development, will feature 334 single-family homes and will offer a wide range of new floorplans from McCar’s Registry, Premier, Preserve, Gateway and Classic Collections. Single-family homes at Rosemont start in the mid $200s and range in size from approximately 2,300 to over 4,200 sq. ft.

The Resident’s Club features a gracious back porch overlooking the zero-entry pool, kitchen and rooms available for private parties, and locker rooms with private showers on the lower level. Amenities at Rosemont include a park, junior Olympic pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground and lighted sidewalks. Rosemont also offeres live/work possibilities with adjacent commercial parcels that are proposed to house office spaces and small business opportunities.

The two model homes at Rosemont, the Fairfax and Salisbury home designs, are open daily for tours and feature upgraded kitchen packages with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, designer lighting and plumbing fixtures, tile backsplashes, and a variety of cabinet colors to choose from and more.
